A Quinnipiac University poll recently showed that most Republicans would never vote for Sarah Palin. Or Donald Trump, for that matter. They also show the most disdain for Huckabee, although he has a marginally better chance. Ron Paul has about as much chance as a snowball in Hell, and Bachmann does about as well as Mitch Daniels (which is about a 5% chance).
While they say there is no clear leader in the race, Romney definitely leads in positive opinion. While he still has a group of people who would never vote for him, those who would have a larger percentage. He also has the lowest percentage of “will not vote” people.
It’s not looking good for the Republican Party, unless they can pull a miracle-wielding, ultimate leader out of the air. Right now, it’s plllbbbbb as far as leadership goes. I guess Boener does okay, but he’s not going to run. So … who?
More importantly, do I care?
